Hi, I’m Jessica Zielske, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Certified Professional Coach, and entrepreneur.

I’ve dedicated my career to empowering professionals, leaders, and ABA practitioners to grow their confidence, develop sustainable businesses, and create impactful workplace cultures—all rooted in science and driven by values.

My Journey In 2020, two weeks before COVID-19 changed everything, I started my business during one of the most transformative periods of my life. I was navigating a divorce, stepping away from the traditional workforce, and hitting the reset button on my future. What began as a remote supervision service for graduate students pursuing BCBA certification quickly grew into something much bigger. Today, my work spans consulting, coaching, writing/self-publishing, public speaking and individualized training, helping individuals and organizations thrive in meaningful and measurable ways.

What I Bring to the Table

  • Credentials: I’m a BCBA and Certified Professional Coach with years of experience working with professionals across industries.

  • Expertise: I specialize in professional development, leadership training, and organizational consulting, offering services tailored to both individuals and teams.

  • Resources for ABA Practitioners: Through The ABA Network, I serve and lead as the CEO, Founder and Consulting Supervisor. We provide a 6th Edition Supervision Curriculum, 6th Edition Applied Activities Workbook, RBT Curriculum for Registered Behavior Technicians, BCBA/BCaBA exam prep services, and remote supervision for graduate students accruing independent fieldwork hours.

  • Proven Impact: From coaching business owners and leaders to transforming company cultures through strategic consulting, I’ve worked with nonprofits, school districts, and ABA organizations across timezones to create sustainable change.

Why I Do What I Do My passion lies in helping people connect their work with their values while building careers and businesses they love. Whether I’m coaching an individual professional, delivering a leadership training workshop, or consulting with an organization on culture initiatives, my mission remains the same: to make growth purposeful, practical, and sustainable.

A Little More About Me Outside of work, I’m a mom to three young children, including my boy/girl twins born in late 2024 and a toddler. I understand the challenges of balancing personal and professional roles. My experiences as a mother and entrepreneur fuel my passion for helping others navigate complex identities and achieve meaningful success.
